We booked a two bedroom apartment. On arrival, check-in went smoothly and receptionist was extrememly friendly and helpful. We got really lucky and were given a top floor apartment (124) – fantastic views and an extra rooftop balcony. We walked in and found our apartment extrememly clean and beyond our expectations. The kitchen was a full size kitchen with everything you would need to cook etc. with as well as a full size fridge and a dishwasher. The lounge area was good size with a big TV, DVD player and VCR. There was a huge dining table. The laundry was off the kitchen area and had a washing machine and clothes dryer. Then down a hallway the bedrooms were located. Second bedroom had two singles.

Both rooms were a decent size. Bathroom had a bath/shower and toilet. Main bedroom had walk-through robe and ensuite with shower/toilet. Apartments are beachfront – about a half minute walk on a path through the sand dunes and the beach is beautiful. Apartment complex seemed secure – you need your keys to access everywhere. Swimming pool isn’t huge but we stayed when the complex was full and when we went to swim there was hardly anyone around.

There is also a full size tennis court, bbq’s, a four hole putting green and a half basketball court. The airport is across the road but we didn’t find the aircraft noise annoying. If you were planning to sightsee you would need a vehicle – e.g. Maroochydore is about 10-15 minutes away. We planned a relaxing getaway with our two kids (2 and 5) and we certainly had that.
